Nature Nurtures Summer Camp
Joyful play, friendships, and discovery unfold on 75 acres of forests and fields, ready for adventure.
Maine Coast Waldorf School invites children ages 3–6 to Nature Nurtures camp, where joyful outdoor play fills the mornings from 9a to 1p on our rural Freeport campus.
Campers explore forests, fields, and gardens, building forts and fairy houses, enjoying woods walks, and creating nature-inspired crafts. Storytelling, picnics, and shady rests round out each day of discovery and fun.
Camp Registration
The weekly registration fee is $290 per child, unless otherwise listed below. Register for three weeks or more for the same child and save 10% on your total registration fee.

Nature Nurtures Camp takes place on the Early Childhood campus of Maine Coast Waldorf School, located at 60 Desert Road in Freeport, Maine.
Meet Our Camp Leaders
Our compassionate and experienced staff from Maine Coast Waldorf School bring heart, joy, and a spirit of wonder to each day. June sessions are led by Janet Rae Jorgensen and Zachary Mitchell-Kemp. July and August sessions are led by Zach Mitchell-Kemp, Anne-Marie Ortiz and Donna Naylor.
