We invite you to visit our campus during one of the many open houses we host throughout the academic year. During an Open House, you can tour the grades, visit classrooms, and experience campus life firsthand. Please see the Open House schedule below for the grade branch that suits you best. Advanced registration is required to ensure a personalized experience.
The priority application deadline for Early Childhood through Grade 12 was February 1, 2025. Applications are now reviewed on a rolling basis.
Early Childhood Open Houses
Visit our Early Childhood Program at Maine Coast Waldorf School! Our Early Childhood Open Houses are for visiting parents and guardians only. This allows parents to focus on the information being presented and encourages everyone's engagement. Babes in arms are welcome. Please meet us promptly at 9 am at 60 Desert Road. Meet us at the (pink) Early Childhood building, behind and up the hill from the white farmhouse. (Across the street from our main campus.) You will enjoy a tour of the Early Childhood classrooms, receive information about our curriculum, and have an opportunity to ask any questions.

Grades 1 - 8 Open Houses
See each of the Grade 1 through 8 classroom teachers in action and experience the arc of the curriculum here at Maine Coast Waldorf School. Waldorf teachers instill a curiosity for learning through hands-on experience while fostering imagination through creativity and social interactions. The morning will conclude with a group discussion with a Class Teacher.

High School Open House
Our High School Open Houses are for parents and students. Please meet us promptly at 9 am at 57 Desert Road, outside of our Community Hall. We will gather there to show you our cafe, music, and performing spaces. Then, we will walk together to the High School, where we will show you around. Visiting each classroom gives you a feel for what a morning at Maine Coast Waldorf High School is like. In between classrooms, there will be ample time for questions and conversations with faculty and students alike.

Maye Faire
Please join us on Saturday, May 3 from 10a–1p at Maine Coast Waldorf School for our annual Maye Faire. Enjoy maypole dances and lively music from 10–11a followed by games, a puppet show, and festival activities. Refreshments and handcrafted goods will be available (cash only, please). Parking is available on our main campus (57 Desert Road) and at our Early Childhood (60 Desert Road). The Maye Faire is held on the field behind the Community Hall.
Visit our café, located in the Community Hall, for a showcase of student work from Early Childhood through Grade 12. Explore vibrant artwork, main lesson books, class projects, and hands-on creations that bring the Waldorf curriculum to life.
