It’s time to invite your friends to school! The 4th annual Bring a Friend Day is coming up on April 14th – a day that many area public schools are closed. What a great opportunity for your children to invite friends to share in their Maine Coast Waldorf experience. Visitors will experience main lesson, dabble in French or German, sing with the chorus, and maybe give woodwork and handwork a try. Permission slips (included here) must be filled out and returned to the office not later than April 10th. Or, feel free to contact [email protected] for more information.
Please note these important details:
- Bring a Friend is for Grades 1-12. Early Childhood does not participate.
- To provide the best experience in the classroom we are limiting the number of guests in each class to 4.
- Ms. Pow’s 3rd grade class will host guests on April 28th as they will be busy with the play on the 14th.
- Mrs. Thurrell’s class will not host guests as they will be busy with Fiddler on the Roof.
Bus Riders: If your child participates in MCWS bus program, their friend is welcome to ride the bus for free on Bring a Friend Day.
