Parent & Infant Classes
Together we observe the infants as they explore their environment and gain physical abilities such as rolling, sitting, crawling and standing. Drawing on these observations, we will talk about how to best meet the needs of different developmental stages, and how to understand and enjoy the individuality of each child.
We hope you will bring your questions and share your insights. For this class, we enroll parentswith infants who have not begun walking, along with expectant parents.
Parent & Infant Classes meet on Friday mornings from 10:30-noon and include a light snack for the adults.

Parent & Toddler Classes
Our Parent & Toddler classes provide a gentle structure within which 12–36 month olds can confidently explore the larger world with the security of a parent nearby. Children enjoy a balance of ample free play with engaging activities. For parents the class is a chance to observe how Waldorf teachers transform simple actions into opportunities for learning, while enjoying an atmosphere of warmth, respect, and mutual support among other adults in a similar life stage.
Parent & Toddler Classes meet on Thursday and Friday mornings and include a light snack. The beginning week of each new Parent & Toddler Class also offers an orientation session—just for the parents—intended for those who are joining a class for the first time.
